One evening, after a long drive, I was relieved to have dinners delivered from the onsite Bistro. It made settling in much easier for me, especially as I was tired from the road.

The room I received had several issues, including a swimming pool that was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. The lighting in the room was not sufficient for working in the evenings.

The hotel is ideally located right on the river, perfect for biking or a stroll. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day, and the family-friendly amenities kept my kids entertained.

It was just a strong match for a budget stay in Richland with very good value for money. The mattress and pillows were immensely comfortable, which made for a solid night's sleep. Make sure to appreciate the attentive service from the desk receptionist who was really helpful.

Staying at the Riverfront Hotel was quite the mix. The location near the river is perfect for outdoor activities. I loved having the pool and spa available for relaxation after a long day. My room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere. However, I faced some issues too. The shower didn’t work right, fluctuating between hot and cold. The fridge had leftovers from the previous guest, which was quite off-putting. I also noticed some maintenance issues, like poor workmanship in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not particularly appealing. Despite these concerns, the staff was friendly and tried to help when I needed assistance.

I had a cozy night after a long work trip; Gage was fantastic and ensured I was close to the front. The breakfast spread was surprisingly diverse too!

I really enjoyed my stay with the great breakfast options and the cozy King Room that made me feel right at home. The outdoor heated swimming pool and the relaxing sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could have been faster, but overall, I had a fantastic time! 😊

I had a decent stay. The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise, super spacious with comfy loungers. Staff were really friendly too! The curtains and lamps in the room are straight out of the 90s though, could use a refresh. Also, there was some mold in the bathroom ceiling, not great for anyone with allergies.

Check-in was effortless, with staff going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The room was moderately clean, featuring a cozy bed that provided great comfort after a long day. However, maintenance issues were noticeable, such as a loose sink faucet and lingering uncleanliness in the bathroom. While I appreciated the overall atmosphere and amenities, the additional charges during check-out were somewhat unclear.
